What can CXP clients expect when we act for them?
- That the fair treatment of clients is a key part of the CXP culture.
- That all team members will through their own values and behaviours demonstrate a commitment to TCF.
- That any communication, correspondence and calls will be responded to promptly and courteously.
- That a clear and thorough risk assessment will be undertaken at the beginning, throughout and at the end of their case.
- That the most appropriate form of funding for their case will be investigated, discussed and adopted.
- That they will be kept informed and up to date in relation to the progression of their case.
- That they will receive correct legal advice and efficient progression of their case.
- That any complaint is dealt with promptly and resolved to the client’s satisfaction.
- That they will have the opportunity to express their level of satisfaction with how CXP has dealt with their case by completing a client satisfaction questionnaire at the conclusion of their claim.
