Our service can be measured through robust, accurate and client-specific Management Information. We can tailor our reports to give information on our performance against any Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) you may set. Our default KPIs are:
- speed of issue and service of proceedings (from date of receipt)
- % of outlay recovered in the month and YTD
- % of cases abandoned (and reasons)
- trial success rates
- average claim life (from date of instruction).
