We work in dedicated teams so that each client’s service levels and KPIs are understood and delivered by the team. Service delivery performance is monitored on a regular basis by use of internal management information (MI) analysis.
The MI that we provide is:

This allows each client easily to track both the month-on-month progression of the insured’s claim and our performance against the service level agreement. Through a questionnaire sent to the insured at the conclusion of the claim, we monitor client satisfaction levels with the results included as part of our default suite of MI reports.
